Unicast, the ULi\u00e8ge course recording tool<\/h3>\n

UniCast is the ULi\u00e8ge video tool designed to help students by replaying courses. It allows them to review a section or the entire course at will.
\nFully automated and integrated with management software, it is controlled via a touchscreen interface installed in classrooms or lecture halls. The lecturer chooses to record his\/her voice, the presentation, the sound of the room, or a combination of these.
\nAt the end, they simply validate the recording, which is automatically encoded and made available to students via the myUniCast portal.
\nYelido developed the graphical interface from scratch and has been managing the backend that sequences the lectures into chapters since 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n

MoDUS, the travel tool for ULi\u00e8ge staff and students<\/h3>\n

The MoDUS application developed by Yelido centralises the management of foreign travel for ULi\u00e8ge members (field missions, conferences, workshops, research stays, etc.). Everyone must enter their request before departure.
\nThe flow is automated as far as possible, and the rest is organised through a notification system: requests are listed in dashboards and notified by email to each manual validator. The various faculty departments, line managers and academic supervisors each have access to a screen that displays only the fields they need.
\nMoDUS facilitates the entry, tracking and management of documents, while integrating funding and generating useful data for risk assessment and statistical analysis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

As is often the case with public tenders, cost is an important factor in the choice of service providers.
