During the call for tenders, Yelido proposed a custom solution that was cheaper than the off-the-shelf solutions offered by our competitors. After several discussions, we started development, constantly checking back that the various features matched the team&#8217;s expectations. Two months later, the Tuber platform was born, usable from any computer with no installation. For more than five years now, Tuber has enabled FARES to manage tuberculosis cases in Wallonia and Brussels.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n      <\/div>\n          <div id=\"block_acf-block_691d96a1aedb1__section_1\" style=\"scroll-margin-top:100px\">\n        <h3>Features that fit and can evolve<\/h3>\n        <div><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This tool, intended for the operators who consult and complete medical records, and which makes it possible to quickly generate reports for the funding bodies, has evolved since then in line with new legislation, with the aim of continuously adapting its ergonomics and the information available. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its main features are: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full audit trail of medical records<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Custom reporting on case follow-up<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A notification system for users<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Management of the tuberculosis register by year<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centralisation of the documents related to a patient<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n      <\/div>\n          <div id=\"block_acf-block_691d96a1aedb1__section_2\" style=\"scroll-margin-top:100px\">\n        <h3>A tool for administrative and medical data<\/h3>\n        <div><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The form contains all of the patient&#8217;s administrative data as well as information about the tuberculosis case or cases detected: location, treatments, follow-up, tests, etc. The register of all records by year was set up in TUBER to make completing a patient record easier and better. The exported data is then processed by the supervisory or funding bodies. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Like all our applications, it handles different types of users so that data is secured according to each person&#8217;s role. It also complies with GDPR standards for the protection of patients&#8217; personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n      <\/div>\n          <div id=\"block_acf-block_691d96a1aedb1__section_3\" style=\"scroll-margin-top:100px\">\n        <h3>The cloud, for non-profits too<\/h3>\n        <div><p>As a non-profit organisation, FARES benefits from SOCIALware, a public digital programme that funds modern IT infrastructure.
