V2i, an engineering company operating in Belgium, wanted to modernise its IT environment: ageing file servers, costly local maintenance, and growing needs for secure document sharing. The objective: to quickly switch to a reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure that is easy for teams to use.

Yelido drove a complete migration to the cloud, organising data for easy access and securing rights for each team. Storage costs were automatically optimised, while file access remained simple and familiar for employees thanks to Mountain Duck, which transforms the cloud into a transparent workspace.

At the same time, critical servers were transferred to a high-performance cloud infrastructure, fully supervised and maintained by Yelido. The project was carried out from start to finish with minimal impact on the V2i teams and immediate adoption of the new environment.

This modernisation now provides a more reliable, secure and economical environment. Users can continue working in the same way while benefiting from a faster, more scalable system, while Yelido handles day-to-day operations through monitoring, maintenance and support.
