You present your business, the problem to solve, the users involved and the main functions expected. You do not need to write a full technical specification: we rephrase your priorities, identify the main user journeys and turn this first expression of need into a structured working basis.
02. Discover and test your prototype
From this first information, we create an interactive, polished version of your future application. You browse the screens, test the overall logic and tell us what should be added, simplified or reorganised. The prototype becomes a tool to understand and refine the project, beyond a mock-up of the final result.
03. Scope and approve the project
Your feedback lets us dig deeper into business rules, required integrations, constraints and priorities. Together we define the functions essential for launch, those that can wait, the budget and the roadmap. You approve the scope on a concrete basis before committing to full development.
04. Follow development and testing
A senior developer leads the project and stays in control of technical choices.
