01. Initial discussion
It all starts with an initial contact, often informal, to understand your challenges and expectations. Whether you are looking for a partner for a new project or are experiencing difficulties with an existing tool, we listen carefully, with no obligation. This exchange allows us to steer the discussion in the right direction.
02. Needs analysis
We then proceed to an in-depth analysis of your situation: users, information flows, technical expectations and budgetary constraints. This phase can be formalised in an ‘amount’, sometimes covered by the RW's ‘digital maturity’ business cheque. It results in a guidance note or a concrete offer on a capped or flat-rate basis, particularly for Salesforce or Odoo projects.
03. Definition of the offer
Once your needs have been clarified, we will provide you with a tailored offer: a capped fee for agile projects or a fixed price for more structured assignments. Our goal is to define a realistic starting scope while remaining flexible in terms of adjustments. Each offer details the features, technologies envisaged and the proposed team.
04. Iterative development
Development is carried out in agile mode, in short cycles (sprints), with regular demonstrations and continuous adjustment of priorities. You are integrated into the process: validation of stages, functional adjustments, feedback, etc. Dialogue remains constant to ensure that the final product meets your business expectations and not a fixed set of specifications.
05. Production launch
Once validated, the solution is launched in a secure and maintainable environment. Whether on AWS or another infrastructure, we configure access, backups, scalability and technical alerts. Our OPS teams then take over to ensure service continuity and provide you with long-term support.
06. Training and adoption
Appropriate training is provided to end users, usually in a 4-hour session in small groups. We can also produce materials or videos as needed. The aim is to ensure rapid adoption of the tool, while identifying any last-minute adjustments that may be necessary.
07. Follow-up and developments
We remain at your side after delivery. Once the tool is used in real conditions, additional needs often emerge. Thanks to our proximity and the stability of our team, we can support you in the long term: corrections, functional developments, scaling up, security, redesigns or additional integrations.
