The need
To support its mission and ensure its viability, Oxfam – Magasins du Monde expressed us th necessity centralise the management of sales, transactions and points of sale spread across the country.
The market solutions were expensive, and Yelido was able to propose a pragmatic solution for this non-profit organization.
The solution
Yelido developed a small, tailor-made ERP system integrating the management of points of sale, customers and their credit, sales and invoicing, as well as sales campaigns. Securely linked to the Point of Sales application used in stores, also designed by Yelido, their ERP system is a unique, comprehensive tool that is sufficient and perfectly suited to Oxfam’s needs. It is used by a variety of users:
- catalogue managers to update products,
- accounting department to track sales, invoices and customer credit,
- store managers to manage their points of sale,
- management to oversee sales campaigns,
- administrators to create users and assign specific rights.
The impact
Thanks to this centralised and secure solution, Oxfam benefits from real-time visibility across its network of shops, simplified accounting processes and more agile management of commercial operations. They do not pay for licences for this tool, only for additional features for specific needs. The results: lower costs, less administrative overhead, and more energy devoted to what really matters — strengthening the impact of fair trade and civic solidarity.
Today, a few years later, the software still evolves at Yelido with Oxfam needs and market evolutions.
