To meet these challenges, Naturhome wanted a single system capable of centralising all project files and information, connecting marketing and sales processes to streamline quote generation, providing a comprehensive overview of construction sites, documents, amendments, purchase orders and invoicing, and providing customers with a digital space to track the progress of their construction site and interact with the team.

Yelido has implemented a solution integrating Salesforce and HubSpot, allowing quote requests generated in HubSpot to be automatically converted into opportunities in Salesforce. Each request is then scored and automatically assigned to estimators based on their workload and priority. Subcontractors are selected and tracked directly in the file, ensuring complete traceability of their collaboration. Quotes, amendments, purchase orders and other documents associated with construction projects are also centralised in Salesforce, which integrates with Wrike to display project planning and with LuxDoc to access stored documents.
Invoicing is fully integrated with predefined payment plans (deposit, progress reports, balance), and PDF invoices are generated and sent automatically after validation via a defined approval process. Customers have a dedicated space connected to Salesforce, where they can view the progress of their project, submit support requests and access a knowledge base.

Thanks to this solution, Naturhome benefits from highly centralised data, reduced manual intervention in invoicing and greater transparency for its customers. Coordination between the sales, quotation, administrative and support teams has improved, and site meetings have become more efficient thanks to automatically generated checklists and complete traceability of decisions.
