Electricity and gas supply, storage, grids, electric mobility: for more than ten years, we have been building the tools that keep the sector’s sales and technical teams running.
-
A sector we knowCRM, contracts, price fixations, billing, simulation: we already speak the business language of energy.
From gas sales to battery sizing, we have already built the tools of several players in the Belgian energy market.

Energy, a sector we know from practice
The energy market has its own rules, vocabulary and constraints. We know them because we have met them at our clients, across four different fields.
Capturing requests from every channel, qualifying prospects, managing a B2B pipeline, generating contracts and customer documents in the right language. We have done it for Mega on VTiger and for Codel on Salesforce, price fixations included.
Many energy businesses rely on complex calculations, stuck in spreadsheets or in the heads of a few experts. We know how to turn them into web applications that a whole team can use, with comparable scenarios, readable results and controlled access. Your calculation model remains yours: we build the tool around your expertise, never around someone else’s.
Teams working on site need tools that are simple, available and reliable. We support companies such as Veolia and Ampacimon with management solutions, integrations and cloud infrastructures designed to last.
Home charging, recharging costs billed back to the employer, consumption tracking: we have developed split billing solutions for charging stations and supported electric mobility players across the whole chain, from data to invoice.
What we build for the energy sector
Practical tools, delivered and used every day by sales teams, estimators and technicians.
-
CRM and sales cycleA single entry point for all sales activity: capture of requests from the website and partners, deduplication, qualification, a pipeline structured by energy type and real-time dashboards.
-
Contracts, fixations and billingAs soon as a deal is won, the contract, its lines and the price fixations are created automatically. Customer documents go out in the right format and the right language, with no re-keying and no copy-paste errors.
-
Your business calculations, turned into a toolA calculation model mastered by two or three people becomes an application the whole company can use: compared scenarios, visual results, traced assumptions. Your teams present a costed, well-argued proposal without going back to the in-house expert.
-
Integrations and data qualityYour tools finally talk to each other: email, customer support, website, ERP, accounting, external data sources. Information reaches the place where it is used, at the right time.
-
Cloud, hosting and securityPlatforms hosted in Europe, backed up, monitored and automatically tested with every change. As an AWS partner, we also manage the infrastructure when you would rather not think about it.

TotalEnergies How a project runs with us
Why energy companies choose us
90% of our staff have worked in the energy sector. You come with a project, and you do not have to explain the sector to us: we already know the vocabulary, the constraints and how the market works.
- The vocabulary of energy mastered from the first meeting
- Tools that speak to your sales teams and your technicians alike
- The choice between Salesforce, an ERP or custom software, depending on what really serves you
- Budgets defined in advance and kept
- European hosting and serious security standards
- Stable contacts, there for the long term
Your questions about digitalisation in energy
Not always. Many needs are well covered by an off-the-shelf CRM properly adapted, as at Codel, where the whole contract and fixation cycle lives in Salesforce. Custom software takes over when your business exists nowhere on the market, for example around a calculation engine or a model specific to your activity. We always start by looking at what exists before proposing to build.
The first uses generally arrive within a few weeks, not a year. We work in iterations: a first version, limited but actually used, then regular additions. This approach avoids the tunnel effect and lets you adjust your priorities as the project goes on.
Yes, and it is often the starting point. We connect what you already use: email, customer support, website, ERP, accounting, external data sources. The aim is not to replace everything, but to make information flow between your tools.
In Europe, on cloud infrastructures that we operate as an AWS partner, with backups, monitoring and encrypted exchanges. We can also work in your own environment if your internal policy requires it.
The scope and budget are defined before starting, and we often proceed in two stages: a short analysis, then development. On innovation projects, where needs change a lot, our senior team relies on AI-based development assistants to multiply iterations without letting the budget slip.
