Idewe

Working closely with Idewe, Yelido implements most of Idewe’s services and applications for medical data management. Due to constant changes in legislation, these systems must continually evolve while remaining consistent and as user-friendly as possible.

Among these programmes, here are two that meet very specific needs.

Returning to work after a long absence is often difficult for employees. New laws now regulate reintegration through a gradual or adapted return-to-work procedure. In 2022 and then in 2024, Yelido supported IDEWE in implementing this new regulation.

The project covers the encoding of requests (employer, employee, doctor), their integration into the medical file, administrative updates with automated invoicing, secure access to data for all stakeholders and centralised monitoring of each stage. The solutions deployed include interface adaptation, file synchronisation, automatic report generation, and a dynamic monitoring interface providing visibility on statuses, schedules, and invitations.

In recent years, the health situation has required external prevention services to have tools to manage collective vaccination of workers. IDEWE quickly gained experience in offering vaccine planning and administration services. In September 2020, Yelido assisted IDEWE in setting up a secure, privacy-compliant interface, enabling IDEWE to become the first prevention service to offer mass COVID vaccinations to employers. These tools enable the management of the entire vaccination process, from campaign planning to invoicing, by integrating with government tools in the health sector: campaign search, display of schedules, encoding of vaccine status and details, centralisation of information for invoicing, and recording in medical records and on Vaccinnet.

Developed in Java and Angular, it integrates with the IDEWE ecosystem and other applications, ensuring data transmission for schedule updates, invoicing, and vaccination records.
