Knauf - LoToTo software
Users and rights management
The application developed by Yelido for Knauf allows different user profiles to use the application according to the scope of their responsibilities and their role in the process. The administrator manages users, zones, subzones, materials, and images, and can reset passwords. The requester creates and tracks tasks, assigns work, and proposes changes to zones. The recorder and the responder act on existing requests, change task statuses, and can print work orders. The supervisor views requests via the dashboard. User identification is done via badge or manual entry, ensuring security and traceability.
Tracking of service calls and key features
The application centralizes lockout data, allowing users to select zones, subzones, and lockout items. Each item can be managed simultaneously by multiple users, with physical padlocks managed independently. Real-time monitoring displays work activities and their status. Suggestions for adding or removing items can be made by any user as part of a continuous improvement process. The display and print screens offer a clear interface tailored to business needs, facilitating the planning and coordination of tasks in the field.
Architecture development methodology
Built using Angular for the front end and Spring Boot for the back end, with an AWS infrastructure, this application ensures performance and reliability. The Agile methodology organized the project into 2- to 3-week sprints with regular user demonstrations, enabling rapid adjustments and continuous involvement from the Knauf teams. An audit ensures full traceability of actions. The project was led by a team of two at Yelido—a project manager and an experienced developer—to deliver the expected tool on time.
