Our software development agency designed Noé, a mobile and web application that lets nurses record their interventions in real time. The interface was coded using user feedback so it can be picked up immediately, and the data is hosted in Europe in an environment approved by the FPS Public Health, with AES 256 encryption and automatic backups.

“Industry” business software: LoToTo for Knauf in Engis
- Human challenge: At the Knauf site in Engis, maintenance teams had until then managed lockout procedures (lock-out/tag-out/try-out) on paper, leading to delays, the risk of forgotten or lost documents and a lack of visibility on the progress of operations.
- Technical challenge: The task was to turn a critical, standards-driven process into an easy-to-use digital tool, able to:
- Manage several user levels and their specific permissions (issuer, validator, safety coordinator, etc.),
- Guarantee full traceability to meet industrial requirements and inspections,
- Dynamically integrate technical plans with a map of the lockout points.

Our custom web software development team designed the LoToTo software, a responsive mobile application covering the entire workflow: creating intervention requests, selecting the zones to lock out, multi-profile validation and interactive viewing of plans. The tool automatically generates the required documents (lockout sheet, end-of-intervention certificate), sends notifications and smart reminders, and centralises reporting with a full audit trail.
Impact: The Knauf teams in Engis now have instant traceability, a high level of rigour at every step and better coordination between departments. LoToTo thus ensures operational safety and compliance with standards, while breaking down silos in the process and reducing human error. The project was also an opportunity to validate or adapt internal procedures, expand the zone plans and improve site safety with more suitable equipment. As always, a digitalisation project goes beyond a new IT tool.
“Education” business software: UniCast for the University of Liège
- Human and organisational challenge: ULiège’s General IT Department (SeGI) wanted lecturers to be able to capture and broadcast their lectures in the lecture halls on their own, while minimising the involvement of technicians. This required careful planning of the roll-out faculty by faculty, training a range of profiles (lecturers, audiovisual technicians, teaching administrators) and ensuring a seamless transition for the start of the academic year.
- Technical challenge (UniCast): Replacing the ageing system with a more stable and intuitive interface, able to automatically restart a capture after a crash, offer clear navigation and adapt to the University’s existing equipment, while remaining ready for future developments.
Yelido software solution:
Our software development agency first redesigned the touch interface, with a simple home screen showing the current lecture, one-click start and an option to switch user without any extra configuration. We then took charge of the entire video chain in the background: automatic file conversion, structured storage, a web portal for students and lightweight administration tools for the SeGI.
Impact: Lecturers focus on their teaching content without technical worries, students have permanent access to resources and the University improves its digital visibility thanks to a solution hosted 100% in Europe.
Other specialised software: ChargeStream, managing electric vehicle charging
- Human challenge: In co-owned buildings, hotels or companies equipped with shared charging stations, splitting costs fairly between users is often tedious. Managers lost time manually collecting meter readings, assigning each session to a vehicle or an employee and consolidating the data for accounting. The lack of transparency led to recurring questions and held back the adoption of electric vehicles.
- Technical challenge: We had to design a tool able to collect and centralise charging data in real time (duration, energy consumed, charging station, user), automatically apply split billing rules (flat rates, variable rates, quotas) and provide reliable dashboards, while ensuring secure access for each profile (manager, accounting department or user).

Our software development agency built ChargeStream, a custom web application that:
- Centralises all charging sessions and automatically links them to the right vehicles, users or projects;
- Applies your split billing rules for charging stations (flat rate, price per kWh, custom thresholds);
- Generates clear reports for accounting, human resources or the internal mobility department;

In the next phase, ChargeStream will include a Peppol-interoperable PDF invoicing module, a direct connection to accounting software and a native mobile app for booking charging stations and real-time control.
