01. Discovery
Every project begins with a listening phase. We seek to understand how you work, what you expect from a CRM, and what your constraints are. This first step is essential: it allows us to align objectives and build the next steps on a solid foundation. We ask a lot of questions, always with kindness and clarity in mind.
02. Analysis & Proposal
‘Based on the information gathered, we analyse your ecosystem (tools, data, internal flows). This step can be financed via the ’digital maturity" business cheque in Wallonia. It results in a clear proposal, most often in the form of a capped budget (description of features + budget estimate), or a flat rate if the need is very specific.
03. Initial configuration
"We set up an initial Salesforce environment tailored to your key processes. This provides a concrete working basis on which we can iterate together. We favour a logic of small, concrete deliverables that can be tested quickly, rather than a large, fixed system. The objective is to move forward step by step, while maintaining an overall vision of the project. "
04. Integrations
We connect Salesforce to your other tools (ERP, messaging, invoicing or emailing tools, etc.). This step is essential to avoid double entry and streamline your daily work. Our developers are experienced in managing complex connections, prioritising simplicity for the end user.
05. Testing & adjustments
In collaboration with your teams, we test the first versions of the system and refine them based on feedback. 06. Training & support
We organise targeted training sessions (approximately 4 hours) tailored to different profiles: end users, administrators, internal advisors. The tone is kept simple and the materials clear. Post-delivery support is also provided, with short- or medium-term follow-up if necessary.

It all depends on the complexity of your project, but most of our clients see a first operational version within 4 to 8 weeks. We work iteratively: we deliver a simple, concrete first version, which we then develop based on your feedback. If you have specific deadlines, we can also adapt to them — we’ve done it before, and successfully.

Not necessarily. For many SMEs, one or two contacts are sufficient, with minimal training. If necessary, we can also provide ad hoc support for upgrades or technical questions. We ensure that the tool remains easy to use internally, without having to call in an expert every five minutes.
